Little Monsters began as a children's dance club and grew into something more: a structured, evidence-informed way of using dance, movement, music, storytelling, imagination and play to support whole-child development. Along the way, one idea stayed constant — development is the product, and dance is the vehicle.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about the heart behind Little Monsters Dance Club. When I first began teaching dance, I thought I was helping children learn steps. Over time, I realised something far more powerful was happening. Children who were once shy were finding the confidence to lead. Children who struggled to separate from their parents were walking into class with excitement. Friendships were forming, imaginations were coming alive, and every lesson was becoming an opportunity for children to discover just how capable they really were. That's when I realised something that changed the way I viewed dance forever. Dance wasn't the outcome. Dance was the vehicle. Development was the destination. That realisation inspired me to create The Little Monsters Method™—a unique, evidence-informed approach to childhood development that uses dance as the foundation for learning. Everything we do is guided by one simple belief: We use dance as the vehicle, and development is the product. At Little Monsters Dance Club, every class is carefully designed to support the whole child. While children think they're setting off on a magical monster adventure, they're also developing confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills, creativity, coordination, friendships and the foundations that prepare them for school and for life. Every roar has a reason. Every game has a purpose. Every adventure has an outcome. Because children learn best when they feel joyful, safe and connected. Little Monsters Dance Club isn't about creating the next professional dancer. It's about helping children become confident learners, kind friends, creative thinkers and resilient little humans. That has always been my dream. Today, Little Monsters Dance Club is more than a dance program. It's a community built on imagination, belonging and childhood wonder. It's a place where families are welcomed, every child is celebrated, and learning feels like an adventure. Whether your little one is taking their very first dance class or beginning the exciting journey towards school, it is a privilege to be part of those precious early years.
